Virginia Housing announced that registration is now open for the 2024 Tax Credit Workshops and QAP Deep-Dive Kickoff at the following dates and times:  

  1. Nov. 30, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET at the Bechtel Center in Reston (1801 Alexander Bell Drive, Reston, VA 20191)
  2. Dec. 11, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET at the Virginia Housing Center in Richmond (4224 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060)
  3. Dec. 14, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00pm ET at the Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center in Hampton (1905 Coliseum Drive, Hampton, VA 23666)

These workshops will begin with updates for the 2024 none percent tax credit application round and the new four percent application rounds. Virginia Housing will use the rest of the time to gather stakeholder feedback on the policy outcomes and priorities that should inform the 2025 QAP update.
