The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) released their 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan, which was approved by the Board on September 14. The Agency will operate a round for the nine percent LIHTC and agency sources, such as HOME, HTF and the State HTC. Additionally, the agency will operate in a separate round for an allocation of Tax-Exempt Volume Cap and four percent LIHTCs.
