Steward of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) announced a new resource, SAHF Multifamily Portfolio Carbon Emissions Roadmap, which allows portfolio owners to create action plans to reduce their annual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in CO2 equivalent. With the Roadmap, multifamily portfolio owners can test scenarios and create plans to understand better the impact of a variety of decarbonization strategies on portions of their portfolio. Resources from the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program, Home Energy Rebates, the Investment Tax Credit and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund present an opportunity for an equitable transition to a low-carbon future.
