Dominium announced the closing of Creekridge on the Park, located at 7800 Creekridge Road in Charlotte, NC. The $60 million development marks Dominium’s first new construction project in North Carolina. The financing includes a Freddie Mac forward TEL, a taxable and tax-exempt construction loan originated by Truist Bank, an equity investment in the four percent LIHTC by Truist Bank and an equity bridge loan originated by Minnwest Bank.
