WinnCompanies announced that it secured funding for $137 million to rehab the historic Pines of Perinton affordable housing complex. The Pines of Perinton in Perinton-Fairport, NY, is a 508-unit, 43-acre community, which is a key source of affordable housing in greater Rochester. The rehab work is expected to start this spring with a completion timeframe in the fall of 2025.
