Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) announces the availability of funds for the production and preservation of affordable rental housing as follows:

  • $3.75M – 2023 HOME Funds (Anticipated Minimum);
  • $3M – 2023 National Housing Trust Fund (Anticipated Minimum);
  • $8M – 2023 Federal Nine Percent LIHTC Allocation Available (Estimated); and
  • $8M – 2023 State Affordable Housing Tax Credit (Estimated).
