The Ohio Housing Finance Agency posted the draft Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief program guidelines.
Previously, the CDBG-DR guidelines and application process were part of the Bond Gap Financing application. However, OHFA has determined, with board approval, it is necessary to re-issue the CDBG-DR funding application to ensure program goals are met in a fair and transparent process. Comments on the updated CDBG-DR guidelines may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org until February 24 at 5 p.m. ET. OHFA will post the final guidelines and application to the HDAP page by February 27th at 5 p.m.
