North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will hold Public Hearings for its proposed 2024 QAP, 2023 National Housing Trust Fund, 2023 HOME Investment Partnerships Program and 2023 Housing Incentive Fund starting at 10 a.m. CT on March 2. The meetings will be held in-person in the NDHFA Board Room at 2624 Vermont Ave. Bismarck, ND 58502 and virtually via Teams. Comments should be sent to hfainfo@nd.gov by 5 p.m. CT on March 1.
Approximate Meeting Schedule:
- 10 a.m.– 2024 Low Income Housing Tax Credit;
- 11 a.m. – 2023 HOME Investment Partnerships Program;
- Noon – 2023 National Housing Trust Fund; and
- 1 p.m. – 2023 Housing Incentive Fund.
