Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) requires notification when certain types of work activities are being performed at a property. Specifically, when these activities have a potential impact on property operations and regulatory compliance.
OHCS has established details concerning the Covered Activity Notification in the Core Development Manual (CDM) Memorandum 8.2. In this document, you will find important details about what type of property work requires OHCS notification and what type of property work doesn’t. Property work that requires notification should be reported to OHCS 90 days prior to the start of construction through the new N1 form, which can be submitted via Procorem or by email to: ARH.Portfolio@hcs.oregon.gov.
