Oregon Housing and Community Services opened its 2023 Combined Pool Application to fund the development, acquisition, rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing on a first come, first-to-be-reviewed basis. The available resources are:

  • Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit (OAHTC) – $220 million; and
  • Preservation of Manufactured Dwelling Parks (PMDP) – $33.4 million Preservation Grants OAHTCs available to eligible loans.

Please be aware that PMDP subsidies have changed. Applicants may now request up to 60 percent of the combined park acquisition price and critical infrastructure needs. Acquisition prices must be supported by an appraisal, and the infrastructure needs must be validated through the private lender and a third-party Capital Needs Assessment.
