Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen announced that Daniel Kraft has joined the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2023. According to the press release, Kraft joined the firm in 2017. His practice focuses on affordable housing transactions, representing for-profit and nonprofit developers on projects financed through State and Federal LIHTC, Historic Tax Credits, HUD programs and numerous state and local housing assistance programs.
