The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority will hold three Focus Group Meetings to gather comments in preparation of creating the 2024/2025 LIHTC and Nebraska Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC) Allocation Package on:

  • January 4 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT, register here;
  • January 18 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. CT, register here; and
  • January 25 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT, register here.

These meetings will be hosted in-person in the NIFA Board Room at 1230 O Street, Suite 200 in Lincoln, Nebraska or online via Zoom registration links above.
