Nov. 30, 2022, is the deadline to send an intent to apply email to kyboscoc@kyhousing.org for funding awarded by the HOME- ARP Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) Acquisition and Construction Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). A brief project description, including applicant name, project location and number of proposed units, must be included in the intent to apply email.

HOME-ARP NCS NOFA Deadlines and Pertinent Dates:
- Nov. 30, 2022 – Deadline to send intent to apply email, which must include brief project description, including applicant name, project location and number of proposed units, to kyboscoc@kyhousing.org;
- Dec. 5, 2022 – Deadline for application question submission via HCA Partner Agency Portal; and
Dec. 9, 2022 – Application closes at 5 p.m. ET. (The $50 application fee must be paid by this time.)
