The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) will not commission market studies for the 2023 nine percent LIHTC Round. Applications are due April 19, 2023, and Market Studies must be submitted with the application. IFA now has Market Study Guidelines (starting on page 39), which a market study firm will need to follow. IFA does not maintain an “approved list” and requires any firm conducting a market study for the 2023 Round to be in good standing with NCHMA.
