Kansas Housing Resources Corporation posted its final 2023 QAP, as well as the 2023 LIHTC, HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) application. The four percent LIHTC deadlines are as follows:

  • Jan. 6, 2023: Four percent LIHTC application due;
  • March 17, 2023: Four percent LIHTC application approval announcement;
  • April 14, 2023: Four percent LIHTC application due;
  • June 23, 2023: Four percent LIHTC application approval announcement;
  • July 14, 2023: LIHTC application due; and
  • Sept. 22, 2023: Four percent LIHTC application approval announcement.

The nine percent LIHTC & four percent with HOME/NHTF deadlines are as follows:

  • Jan. 27, 2023: Preliminary applications due;
  • Feb. 17, 2023: Invitation to submit full LIHTC applications;
  • May 5, 2023: Full applications due; and
  • June 2023: Award announcements.

Applications requesting HOME and/or NHTF must meet the nine percent LIHTC deadlines.

Applicants may request HOME and/or NHTF loans by including either or both as a funding source in the application and submitting the required supporting documentation.
