Florida Housing posted drafts of RFA 2022-202 Housing Credit Financing For Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties and RFA 2022-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located In Miami-Dade County. These drafts incorrectly reflected the 2021 ELI Set-Aside AMI Levels and not the updated 2022 ELI Set-Aside AMI Levels. Below are the correct AMI Levels.
