Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released a $132.5 million Preservation Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). These funds are for the preservation of affordable rental housing units, allocated among the following resources:

  • Preservation Funds – $62.5 million;
  • Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits – Based on permanent loan amount from lender;
  • State GHAP resources – $10 million; and
  • Four Percent LIHTC/Private Activity Bonds (PAB) – $60 million.
