The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition is soliciting properties for its Housing Credit property gallery. Properties can be submitted here; AHTCC is specifically looking for properties in the following congressional districts:

  • Arizona’s 6th congressional district (Northeastern suburbs of Phoenix);
  • Florida’s 16th congressional district (Bradenton, Sarasota, southern Hillsborough County);
  • Kansas’ 4th congressional district (South central Kansas, Wichita, Arkansas City);
  • Ohio’s 2nd congressional district (Hamilton County suburbs of Cincinnati to Scioto County along Ohio River);
  • South Carolina’s 7th congressional district (Chesterfield, Dillon, Georgetown, Horry, Marlboro, Darlington, Marion and Florence counties);
  • Tennessee (whole state);
  • Utah (whole state);
  • Vermont (whole state);
  • West Virginia (whole state); and
  • Texas’ 8th congressional district (Northern suburbs of Houston, Conroe, Magnolia).
