Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is accepting applications for four percent LIHTC/PAB projects through 4 p.m. PT on September 25. OHCS is seeking project initial applications for projects that would be ready to reach construction closing between January 2023 and June 2023.

Please note applicants for four percent LIHTC/PAB are required to submit their proposals on the updated pro forma document. Projects with commitments of OHCS resources, a pre-application acceptance letter or listed as a project under review should:

  • Complete the narrative updates but do not have to submit an updated four percent proforma.
  • Provide a complete nine percent LIHTC pro forma if interested in being considered for a nine percent LIHTC allocation to be used in lieu of the four percent LIHTC/PAB.

In order to be considered, applicant projects:

  • Must have balanced committed sources and uses. OHCS does not have the resources to fill funding gaps and can only prioritize budget-ready applications at this time.
  • Include a development timeline that supports construction closing between January 2023 to June 2023.
