The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) presented the final draft of the Missing Middle Housing Plan to the MSHDA Board for their consideration and approval.
As listed in the draft plan, the first funding round is anticipated to open on Sept. 19, 2022, and MSHDA staff is currently working on drafting application materials and other documents, which will be posted on the Missing Middle webpage, so that applicants will be able to utilize them and apply for funding.
The webpage has been updated with the current draft plan, a Frequently Asked Questions document, and a draft Exhibit Checklist. Please review these items and send any further comments or questions to mshda-missingmiddle@michigan.gov.
