Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) sent a technical advisory to inform development partners that the resources provided by the 2022 February Oregon Legislative session to address cost increases in its funded pipeline are nearing full subscription with current commitments and are likely to be oversubscribed given the additional requests under review.
OHCS is unable to guarantee resources will be available to address any funding gap requests that do not already have a commitment. Development partners are advised to look for alternative resources, recast their project financial assumptions and closing, or restructure their project. Developers should keep their project program and production analyst informed of project status.
