Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) released a short recording that walks through the basics of the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Program and aspects of the 2022 MIH application process.
KHRC also posted the latest 2022 MIH FAQ (updated 7/22/2022) with new questions and answers added in red. KHRC released an updated application on July 25, if you downloaded the application prior to July 25, please download the new corrected version. Completed application packages are due on Friday, September 30. Awards will be announced in November 2022.
