The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking public comment on several key documents that will drive affordable housing development activities in the District next year:
- Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Action Plan (FY 2023 Action Plan);
- HOME Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP Allocation Plan); and
- Fiscal Year 2023 National Housing Trust Fund (NHT).
