The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) has opted to forgo the 2023 portion of the 2022-2023 QAP in recognition of the current volatile development market and the IFA team has begun the process of drafting a new 2023 QAP.
The Draft 2023 QAP will be finalized in the fall and applications will be accepted next spring. IFA will hold the following QAP Partner Working Sessions:
July 6: 2 to 4 p.m. CT

Comments or questions may be submitted in writing, in advance of the sessions to the housing tax credit team.
