New Hampshire Housing is asking owners and managers of rental properties to participate in a survey to track rental housing costs and maintain important housing data. Property owners/managers may send the following information directly through a rent roll:
- Property address, town location, building type and recent renovation; and
- Unit level data, such as number of units, bedroom type, rent, number of vacant units and utility information.
Participants will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 VISA gift card. In June, New Hampshire Housing will draw names from the list of survey participants and award 30 gift cards.
