The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) are hosting an online Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) Training on June 8.
This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff, and offers everything you need to know about the HOME, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Tax Credit Assistance Program Repayment Funds (TCAP RF), and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
You must register with TAA. Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., CT and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if you were at an in-person event.
