Minnesota Housing anticipates receiving approximately $31 million of HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding, of which up to 15 percent can be used for planning and administrative purposes.
Minnesota Housing published a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting interested parties to submit proposals for the purpose of developing and executing a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan that will be submitted to HUD for approval. The HOME-ARP Allocation Plan will include the creation of a needs assessment, a gaps analysis, recommendations of HOME-ARP activities that Minnesota Housing would consider and an implementation plan for carrying out those activities.
Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted as a separate PDF, along with all required attachments. All materials must be clearly marked “Cost Detail” and must include the applicant’s name and organization name. Submit proposal materials via email to jessica.deegan@state.mn.us no later than 5 p.m. CT on May 10.
