The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs posted the application log for the 2022-1 MFDL application cycle. The log is organized by Set-Asides. Please note that the funding previously available for the CHDO set-aside was moved into the General/Soft repayment set-aside according to requirements under the 2022-1 Multifamily Direct Loan NOFA, for the development of affordable multifamily rental housing for low-income Texans.
