The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will conduct an in-person Income Determination Training in Austin, on April 7 at 8 a.m. CT in room 320 at the Thomas Jefferson Rusk Building. The Thomas Jefferson Rusk building is located at 208 East 10th Street, Austin, TX 78701.
The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all HOME program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics, such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more.
