Churchill Stateside Mortgage Investment LLC announced the hiring of Gabriella Seaton as new asset manager.
Gabby was previously an asset manager for Jones Lang LaSalle Multifamily (JLL) in Clearwater and oversaw a portfolio of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and Life Company loans. Prior to JLL, Gabby served as a senior fund accountant for Northern Trust Corporation in Chicago. “We are thrilled to add Gabby to the team this year to ensure quality risk monitoring of our expanding portfolio of multifamily and solar properties as well as being able to offer our clients dedicated contacts. Her unique background and prior experience will enhance customer service to all of our clients and investors,” said Marc DeBord, VP Asset Management for Churchill Mortgage Investment LLC in the press release.
