The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posed the draft 2022 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) guidelines. Comments may be sent to Samantha Makoski at smakoski@ohiohome.org until March 4 at 5 p.m. ET.
Effective March 1, OHFA will begin assessing fees for project changes submitted to Asset Management, please refer to the fee schedule.
All Housing Development Assistance Programs (HDAP) recipients must complete the Acknowledgement of Prevailing Wage Requirements form and submit it with their request to close their loan. This form is required as formal acknowledgement that the recipient will ensure compliance with applicable labor standards, prevailing wage rates and other workplace requirements during the construction phase of their project.
