The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) updated attachment 40 in its nine percent LIHTC e-application, as well as its CTCAC excel application with California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) scoring. CTCAC requests that application use the most current version. The updates include:
- On the nine percent E-App, it initially showed all projects getting the 130 percent boost on the “Basis & Credits” tab, even if the DDA or QCT field is marked “no” on the application tab. This has been corrected (but if using the older version, please select yes in cell t195 of the application sheet and it will result in a “no boost” answer.)
- On the four percent E-App, if applying for MIP, the following cells on the “CalHFA Addendum” tab were corrected: L4 was not pulling the project name; X96-105 and B109-118 and AB132 were unlocked.
- Please note that excel documents are not able to be accepted into the CDLAC portal for Exhibit A at this time and while we are working on a solution, tabs printed to PDFs will be accepted in its place for Round 1.
CTCAC will meet on February 23 at 11:15 a.m. PT or following the adjournment of the CDLAC meeting at 11 a.m. PT. The meeting agenda is available here. Join via Teams or dial (888) 557-8511 and code: 5651115.
