The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posted a FAQ page for the 2022-2023 QAP. OHFA also updated its Affordable Housing Funding Application. Applicants DO NOT need to use the most up to date AHFA. Any changes made to the AHFA since November 2021 may be corrected by OHFA staff following application submission. If applicants would like to have their AHFA corrected prior to submission they may email it to [email protected].
