Forms 100 and 200 are due to Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority by January 31. The Owner’s Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance (Form 100) for the prior compliance year must be sent to Form100@wheda.com. Review the instructions here.
The Unit Status Report (USR) (Form 200) for the prior compliance year should be submitted using the property’s WorkCenter within Procorem. To begin uploading or manually entering the USR, select Unit Status Report from the list presented in Procorem for the Project’s WorkCenter. Please contact the assigned Housing Management Officer for submission assistance or questions. The Housing management officer for each property is found under “Users” on each WorkCenter.
