Ignatius MacLellan will be stepping into the role of managing director of management & development at New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority the end of January. MacLellan has served as managing director of New Hampshire Housing’s Homeownership division for the last ten years. Before that, MacLellan worked in a variety of leadership roles across the industry, including time at Fannie Mae and the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund.
The management & development division team includes Natasha Dube, director of housing development; Andy Boyle, director of asset management; Gloria Paradise, director of housing grants; and Jim Menihane, director of business development.
