Merchants Capital today announced that Lauren Campbell has joined the firm as senior vice president and general counsel. Campbell has significant expertise in structuring LIHTC equity investment funds and multifamily real estate transactions with tax-exempt bonds, monetizable tax credits, federal and state subsidies and agency financing, Merchants said.
