Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will hold a virtual hearing on its Housing Choice Landlord Guarantee Program and Rent Guarantee Program proposed rule from 10 to 11 a.m. PT on Nov. 17. Register here.
The proposed rule incorporates changes from HB 2101, which was enacted in the 81st Oregon Legislative Session by eliminating the requirement for a small claims judgment and amends the timeline in which to apply to the housing Choice Landlord Guarantee Program. The proposed rule also eliminates per-landlord limit and unpaid rent limit for reimbursements under the Rent Guarantee Program.
