Effective October 28, Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will temporarily pause the acceptance of new four percent LIHTC and bond pre-applications. This pause for conduit financing and four percent LITHC applications should not impact requests that have already been approved by the Housing Stability Council and OHCS staff. Other applications that have been received are currently under review but not yet approved may need resource and closing scheduling adjustments.
OHCS expects to restart applications in early 2022 with updated policies in place. OHCS will hold a partner outreach meeting via Zoom on November 10 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. PT.
