The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking experienced providers to deliver supportive services to individuals with a serious mental illness or developmental disability who live in certain LIHTC properties. Applicants must meet the criteria specified in the RFP, including submission of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the LIHTC owner. The RFP includes information on a pre-proposal conference and contact information for DBHDS’s Procurement Office. Proposals are due Dec. 9, 2021.
The DBHDS Procurement Office is the sole point of contact at DBHDS for questions related to this Request for Proposals (RFP), and the contact email for the Procurement Officer is included in the RFP itself and on eVA at the link.
