The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will host two virtual information sessions for developers who intend to submit pre-applications on or before October 28, in advance of the Department’s 2022 winter rental round. Participation in the sessions will be limited to one or two members of each development team. Please choose the session that will work best for one or two members of your team. The sessions will be held on:
- Wednesday, Oct. 20, at 11 a.m. ET and
- Thursday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m. ET.
