The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) will hold an application workshop for the 2022 winter round of the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund from 9 to 11 a.m. CT on October 21. Join here.
Approximately $1.7 million will be available for the 2022 Winter Round. THDA will accept applications from cities, counties, development districts, public housing authorities, other State departments and private, nonprofit organizations. All housing funded through the Competitive Grants Program must be rental and address the housing needs of households with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). Projects serving the rental housing needs of households with incomes at or below 50 percent or 30 percent of AMI are encouraged.
