Florida Housing recently issued a second modification for RFA 2021-205 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. Applicants proposing a Development within a Small County are now able to request National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) Funding. There is a note after Question 10.a.(4) of Exhibit A that says NHTF funding will not be available for proposed Developments in Small Counties.  This note should be disregarded. The Application Deadline for RFA 2021-205 is Oct. 19, 2021.
