The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority will hold a virtual overview session from 9 a.m. to noon ET on October 13 to introduce the 2022-2023 QAP and its associated guidelines and to address any questions with respect to the upcoming competitive nine percent LIHTC round. Join here.
Important dates:
- Oct. 15, 2021: SHPO and CEPA pre-application notifications due from applicants to SHPO and DOH;
- Nov. 19, 2021: Preliminary Applications due no later than this date but accepted any time prior;
- Dec. 7, 2021: Applications due for Taxable Bonds in conjunction with nine percent LIHTC application round;
- Dec. 10, 2021: Pre-Application conferences complete; and
- Jan. 12, 2022: Nine percent LIHTC applications due.
