The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted the following documents concerning the 2022 Draft QAP and proposed supplemental allocations:
- A written summary of the roundtable held September 20, 2021, to facilitate dialogue concerning the Supplemental Allocation and Draft 2022 QAP;
- A draft of the 2022 supplemental nine percent LIHTC regional allocation estimates; and
- A link to a brief, informal survey concerning 2022 supplemental allocations.
TDHCA asks that any 2019 or 2020 applicant considering a request for a supplemental allocation of credits under the 2022 Draft QAP complete the survey. All responses received by Oct. 4, 2021, will be compiled and posted to the Department’s website shortly after that date.
