The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition has announced its 2021 Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award winners.
Among the winners are NH&RA members Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH) for Woodlawn Station in Chicago, IL; Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. for The Livingston in Columbus, OH; and The Community Builders, Inc. for Lyman Terrace in Holyoke, MA.

Merchants Capital announced that it secured more than $88 million in financing for Union at Bluffs Run, a new 192-unit affordable housing community in Council Bluffs, IA.
