The Affordable Housing Institute said it has named Laura Grelet as principal and Margaux Morenas as project manager.
AHI said Grelet has been a key part of its consulting work in examining housing markets and developing financial and policy solutions, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Pacific.
Morenas has done crucial high-quality research and analysis providing input into housing value chain analyses and the resulting housing policy and program design solutions, AHI said.
