The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) released the approved 2022-2023 QAP.
LHC also released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Rural Bond Bundle Program (RBBP), in the amount of $14,214,500, funded in partnership with the Louisiana Office of Community Development – Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD-DR).
The RBBP NOFA focuses on the preservation of existing, affordable rural housing. It specifically seeks existing developments financed through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Program (USDA-RD) that cannot secure the capital needed for rehabilitation, preservation and continued viability.
