The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will hold a webinar from 10 to11:30 a.m. CT on June 24 on utility allowances. This webinar, presented by Sara Hall, KHRC’s lead finance officer, will explore:
- Utility Allowance (UA) baseline review;
- Data ranges and sample size requirements;
- Completing the UA spreadsheet;
- Tenant release forms;
- Utility Allowance Factor (UAF); and
- UA increases vs. decreases.
