Tiber Hudson LLC announced it named Patrick Evatt as a partner and Scottland Glenn as associate to the Washington, DC-based firm.
Patrick and Scottland have a significant amount of experience in the development and finance of affordable housing and historic preservation utilizing federal, state and local programs and incentives with a particular emphasis on the use of such programs in conjunction with Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt obligations. At Tiber Hudson, Patrick and Scottland will focus on representing institutional lenders on balance-sheet and agency loan executions for affordable housing projects across the country.
Patrick previously served as associate general counsel to Freddie Mac. Scottland was previously an associate at Kantor Taylor PC.
