The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to request an allocation of the Qualified Workforce Housing Tax Credit. Up to $1 million in program funds to one or more qualified projects. Projects must be located in a qualified Opportunity Zone and serve households making between 50 and 100 percent of area median income.
Applications are due by 2 p.m. ET on June 4, 2021 and should be submitted to the DHCD mailroom located at:
